After the 15.20 firmware upgrade thru the Garmin Express on my Fenix 6X, the GPS stopped working. I did multiple resets, even hard reset to default, GPS version still show 0.00. Tried to manually update the GPS version to 5.00 by copying "006B310701.GCD" into \GARMIN\REMOTESW folder but did not work.
The 26 software update , resulted in my fenix 6x. Pro to drain battery very quickly . I charged it 100% didn’t do any activity and it fell in 30% in one day. Also the gps is not accurate . I mean the watch is useless with this software updaTe .Wrong heart rate %/zone shown. Former Member over 11 years ago. So, I've set up my resting heart rate in Garmin connect and, I see the different zones properly. When I upload a workout in Garmin Connect, the Heart rate section shows the wrong % and zone. Now, I've seen a few people with the same issue and, as an answer, people told them that GC If both wrist-based heart rate and chest heart rate data are available, your device uses the chest heart rate data. From the heart rate widget, hold MENU. NOTE: You may need to add the widget to your widget loop ( Customizing the Widget Loop). Select Heart Rate Options > While Swimming > Off. Swimming.
