250 Total Downloaded 0 Standalone TD5 / imobiliser bypass options? Hi guys, Looking to fit something like this to the TD5 TD5 IMMOBILISER BYPASS Unfortunately these guys don't export due to pommy red tape issues. Has anyone fitted something like this? are there other options?

The 10AS control unit was used on Land Rover vehicles, predominantly the Defender and Discovery. It can be configured as a basic immobiliser (rather insecure!) as on the base Defender but has the capability of being a secure immobiliser, alarm and central locking controller with remote fobs.

Run a cable from the starter solonoid to the WHITE wire on the back of the ignition switch. Run another cable from the starter solonoid (RED/WHITE WIRE) to the starter relay in the footwell. If it is temporary: run a fused cable direct from the battery to the fuel solonoid. Get a short peice of wire (about 6" long).
